We provide all bed linen and bath towels. All you need to bring is a beach towel to use at the pool or beach. Beach/pool towels are also available for hire from reception.

All townhouses have a single lock up garage. If you require a second car park there is a guest parking area on a first come basis and plenty of parking available on the street outside (a quiet court).

Yes, we have a pool with a great BBQ area. Our pool is heated to 26 deg C (during winter months). There is a gas BBQ poolside for guests use.

All townhouses have split system air conditioners and can be used for cooling in summer and heating in winter. All ground floor and master bedrooms are air conditioned.

Yes, each apartment has both. Also we have a selection of DVDs at Reception that are available for guest use free of charge. Don’t forget that each apartment has complimentary Satellite TV. We offer a selection of 8 channels including movies, sport and news.

All apartments are equipped with a telephone, dial ‘9’ for reception and ’0′ first to make an external call. Charges will be added to your room account. This also means that family and friends can call you directly in your apartment. Your telephone number is +61 7 5479 77 - followed by your room number. i.e. +61 7 5479 7708 for Townhouse number 8.

Check-in time is from 2pm. However if you intend to arrive earlier, please contact us ahead of schedule to arrange this as we may be able to have your apartment ready earlier than 2pm. We have a key safe for after hour’s arrivals.

Check-out time is 10am. but use of the facilities may continue till 1pm. A late check-out can be arranged through reception, please note that this is not available on some occasions.

Yes! Boat mooring for boats up to 5M is available directly in front of all our townhouses; we also have a jetty for larger boats.

Boat fenders are recommended when mooring your boat in from of each townhouse, we have a small stock of loan fenders available at the resort.

Boat trailers can be safely parked on the nature strip opposite the resort (a quiet court with little traffic). A chain & padlock are recommended to secure your trailer to the trees on the nature strip

Definitely! Every townhouse has an exclusive use that fronts onto the water. Bream, Moses Perch, Flathead, Mud Crabs and the occasional Mangrove Jack have been caught at Portside; Estuary Cod have also been a bonus catch in crab pots for some guests. For those with boats the Noosa river system and offshore waters and reefs provide a variety of fishing

Yes, fishing rods are available for hire at Reception, subject to availability. Bait is available for purchase at Reception.
